Heather Durbrow

Skills Clinician

Heather’s basketball career began in her home town of Billerica, MA. She played high school basketball at Arlington Catholic, where she was an all league player and scored over 1,000 points. Heather was a two-sport, four year varsity athlete and gathered several honorable awards and recognition. Heather went on to play Division 2 basketball in the NE-10 at Southern NH University on a full athletic scholarship. ​

Heather has since become a referee and has officiated two high school semi-final games at the Boston Garden 2010/14) as well as an MIAA Girl’s Basketball Championship game at the Worcester DCU center in 2014. She began working college in 2012 after attending Hoop Mountain basketball camp to learn the three person mechanics. Heather has worked several conference championships in Division 3 Women’s Basketball. She has made appearances in the Division 3 NCAA playoffs each post-season since 2016 including four Sweet 16 appearances, two Elite 8 appearances, and the most memorable for her to date, the 2019 NCAA National Championship game in Salem, Virginia with the mostly New England crew. ​

Heather has been officiating in the Division 2 NE-10 conference for the past six years, and had her first Division 1 American East basketball game in November 2021 at the University of Vermont. ​

Heather currently lives in Manchester, NH with her two children, husband and two labs.
